For long-term projects, installment-based payments may be arranged with prior agreement.
Any additional features or changes requested after project initiation may incur extra charges, which will be communicated beforehand.
Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:
If the service has not been initiated as per the agreed terms.
If we are unable to deliver the service due to technical or operational reasons from our end.
If a refund request is made within 7 days of payment, provided that no work has commenced.
In case of duplicate payments due to a technical error, the extra amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
No refunds will be provided once the project work has commenced or digital assets have been delivered.
SEO, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing services are performance-based, and results depend on various factors, including market trends and competition. Hence, refunds are not applicable once the service is initiated.
Subscription-based services (such as website maintenance, hosting, or social media management) are non-refundable once activated.
If the client provides incomplete or incorrect information, resulting in project delays or execution issues, no refunds will be granted.
If the project is terminated by the client after commencement, the payment made will be non-refundable.
Clients may request a cancellation before the project initiation to be eligible for a partial refund.
If a service is canceled after initiation but before completion, a cancellation fee will be applicable based on the work completed.
Digital Comrade reserves the right to cancel or refuse a service in cases of non-compliance, violation of terms, or fraudulent activities.

Chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes will be considered a breach of our terms and may result in the suspension of services.
We encourage open communication to resolve any issues regarding payments or service dissatisfaction before initiating a dispute.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
Any transaction fees, bank charges, or gateway fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
Clients will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been successfully processed.
